Biden Compromises at USDA with Vilsack, Pleasing Few

Tom Vilsack served as the secretary of agriculture during all eight years of the Obama administration. President-elect Joe Biden is looking to tap into that experience by picking him to return to his job leading the department. But, as Harvest Public Media’s Jonathan Ahl reports, midwestern farmers and activists from both sides of the political spectrum have some major concerns:
