Camille Saint-Saëns wrote a famous violin solo in his Danse Macabre (Ghoulish Dance) for orchestra. It's played by the concertmaster of the Utah Symphony, Madeline Adkins, on the orchestra's new series of the orchestral works by Saint-Saëns.
